Intro to Lacrosse by Gilbert Parks is for Ages 6-8 and Ages 9-12.

Brief Description:
Intro to Lacrosse is a skills program open for both girls and boys ages 6-8 and is designed for beginner level players. No pads are needed. The program runs for 4 weeks, meeting once per week. Participants will learn the primary skills and components of the game. Each meeting, the first half of time will focus on development of a specific skill, followed by direct implementation during a scrimmage for the second half. This format gives participants the opportunity to receive the benefits that come with a team sport including; building confidence, developing relationships, and the value of commitment. Instruction is provide in collaboration with Gilbert Lacrosse
